A Day in Whitehorse

Our first day in Whitehorse included a few errands, laundry, and a car wash. Then we were rewarded in the afternoon with a trip to Yukon Wildlife Refuge - a five kilometre walk around natural areas with animals from this region up close. Different from first trip: No bugs! cool weather, beautiful colours and active animals. We loved it. We then drove up the road to Cafe Balsam for supper - all crepes - all local and sustainable ingredients - incredible taste sensation.

When courting, a billy goat approaches a nanny from the rear,  and kicks her in the flank as an opening gesture.
Well, who would say no to Billy??
